Although we weren't visiting the San Diego Zoo Sarari Park for them, we had to spend some time with the gorillas (including the baby, Monroe).

Star Wars at Discovery Science Center
Today my wife surprised me with a trip the Discovery Science Center in Santa Ana to see the exhibit of costumes, props, and models from the Star Wars movies.

You know how all the smart phones have cameras nowadays, and how they allow for taking a shot and posting it right away? Well, I did take these ones of these crazy flowers in a patio garden my wife I pass near our favorite breakfast spot with my phone...
