According to the plaque at its base, this piece in Union Bank Square is called "Aquarius" and was done by an artist named Jerome Kirk.
Because of the moon I attempted to shoot it in the midday light. Which is why I had to tweak them so in "post production." I really don't like having to rely on software to salvage poor shooting.
Not so much to scrap the shots altogether, but close.
