    The first night shot, the closer one, is my favorite.

    Until I did a Google search, I didn't realize how many movies and TV shows had been shot at Griffith Obsrvatory. Of course, the one that didn't make the list at Wikipedia is the "classic" SF movie, Phantom From Space.
